From the moment you walk into Sooner or Later, you will feel like you are secluded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The floor to ceiling wall of windows invites you to become one with nature all while being pampered by a luxury interior. Although secluded on two acres, Sooner or Later is located near local restaurants, breweries, and local activities. The back of the property is surrounded by over 20,000 acres of forest that is great for exploring, relaxing, and building forts. Sooner or Later has three king bedrooms each with its own bathroom including double vanities. The 4th bedroom has a twin bunk bed with trundle and a single twin bed with a trundle which is enough to sleep 5. There is a 4th full bathroom for the bunk room. There is also a game system in the bunk room for them to enjoy…..if the kids will let you! There is a 4K TV in each bedroom, one in the living room and two outside. Cable and satellite TV is not provided but streaming is available on the TVs with your log-ins for the applications. Wi-Fi is provided but not always reliable due to the cabin’s location in the woods. If you want to escape the technology, you can keep the TV’s off while enjoying the gas fireplace and hot tub on the back porch with your favorite beverage. It isn’t uncommon for the deer to be roaming around the back of the property early in the morning while you sip coffee on the outdoor sectional. There is no better way to end the evening than by roasting S’mores around the fire pit while telling ghost stories. Sooner or Later has a stocked kitchen with all the modern appliances of home. The outdoor chef on your trip will love the Weber gas grill that is large enough to create a feast for all your guests. The cabin is stocked with movies, books, corn hole boards, children’s games, and even a kennel with a fluffy bed for your pet.

You will definitely feel pampered in this one-of-a-kind getaway.

About the Owner

Our family is a blended football family with fans from Oklahoma University, Baylor and Texas A&M. At one time, we had season tickets to OU football games. Since we live in Galveston, TX, the drive to Norman was extremely long on game weekends. We wanted to find a place to go that wouldn’t be a far drive to Norman to help split up our trip. As we looked across the state, Broken Bow Lake kept catching our eye. Diana’s family lives in Texarkana so it seemed a good location to blend family, football, and a little rest and relaxation. Once we saw the vacant property for sale that was surrounded by trees, we knew we had found our getaway. We are so excited to share our little piece of heaven with you…..even if you are a UT fan!!!
