COVID-19 Reservation & Cancellation Updates
Reservations already booked or new reservations of stays between now and May 31st, 2020 can be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice at no penalty. The cancellation must be due to the COVID-19 situation, not due to weather related or personal issues. The customer will receive a gift certificate in the amount paid for future use at any of our properties. No refunds will be issued. You must call or email us to cancel and receive your gift certificate, no shows will not receive credit or gift certificate after the date of expected arrival.
Reservations made for stays after May 31st, 2020 our normal cancellation policy applies. We are closely monitoring the status of changes concerning COVID-19 and will make adjustments to extend our relaxed policy if needed.
During this time rest assured your cabin will be properly sanitized between guests and ready for your arrival. We are taking extra measures in our cleaning and sanitizing procedures by sanitizing all hard surfaces including door handles and remote controls, as well as washing all of our linens in bleach between guests.
